It all begins with an idea. This is an opportunity for the Clients and Landscape Architect to discuss and evaluate the site’s possibilities, and to formulate a design brief with an understanding of how the landscape is to be utilised.

Upon engagement, a Concept Plan is prepared along the lines of the brief, whilst offering further design suggestions that may not have been initially considered. Often ideas at this stage will also be presented with a 3D sketch that can aid the Client in better visualising the designer’s intent.

Following the Client’s feedback to the Concept Plan, the design is re-evaluated, and will now indicate all materials and features, whilst also providing a detailed planting schedule illustrating names, quantity and planting location.
